To enroll in one of our programs, schedule a free strategy session with us to determine the best fit for your needs. Simply fill out the interest form on our Contact page, and we will reach out to you via your preferred contact method to book your session.
The frequency of training sessions varies by program. Most one-on-one and small group training sessions meet 1-2 times per week and are scheduled based on your availability. For our fully online program, all fitness sessions are self-paced, follow-along videos that you can complete on your own schedule.
We allow a limited number of make-up sessions per training package. The exact number of make-up sessions varies depending on the package selected.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a credit for a make-up session. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance) will not incur a late fee, but will result in a loss of that session without a make-up credit.
No problem! Everyone starts with a re-conditioning phase that prepares your body to move. No fear – all fitness levels are welcome!
