2020 was a year that tested us all. With lockdowns, inactivity, and uncertainty, health and fitness took a backseat. But even in the chaos, the choice to start again was always there.

After losing a job during that time, our founder made a decision—to build something new. What started as Studio 78 Fitness has now evolved into Method 78 Fitness, a space where transformation begins.
