She later expanded her passion for movement through kickboxing and bootcamp classes, which sparked a lifelong interest in training and exercise science.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Biola University, Kaela worked with a non-profit mentoring youth but ultimately decided to pursue her true passion for fitness full-time.

She became certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), earning credentials as both a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and a Physique & Bodybuilding Coach (PBC).
