Her fitness journey began 23 years ago after the birth of her second daughter. Originally from Uganda, Irene moved far from home to pursue her education, but during college, fitness and nutrition were not a priority.

Relying on fast food and long study hours, she rarely exercised. After getting married and having two daughters in quick succession, she realized she needed to prioritize her health. With the guidance of a trainer friend, she learned how to exercise, eat well, and stay committed.

In just eight months, she lost 28 pounds and embraced a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
